Parades


PADDY'S DAY  PARADE (KILLORGLIN) 2011

Every St Patrick's day, a parade made up from local residents and businesses, form a parade through Killorglin town center. Those not actually taking part in the parade usually line the streets to cheer on  participants. Once the parade has finished, entertainment from bands usually takes over, and last well into the evening. Local hostelries usually benefit from locals and visitors alike.
